Whenever you’re feeling love, whenever you‘re feeling expanded, whenever you’re feeling anything of value, know that it comes from your own self, The Holy Self.

You are already a Divine being just by birth. Love is your birthright. You come from God. You represent God on earth. All of your expressions are God’s expressions. All of your desires are God’s desires; so keep this in your mind. Think about God, and ask God to pull you deeper inside yourself. That is all you need to do. The rest will happen automatically.

Many people ask me how to deal with fear and anxiety. First, one needs to learn how to trust in Life; how to trust in God. Look back at your life. How many times have you been stuck, and at the last moment, somehow you have been taken care of? If you investigate, you will realize that somehow things always work out. So once you appreciate this, naturally you will begin to trust more, and fear less.

You are stressed because you think you are in control of your life, and if you don’t “stress out” and try to accomplish things, nothing will happen. You stress out because you don’t trust God and Existence to take care of things. You have stress because you lack faith. Did you know that there is a place in you that is always changeless, and not moving? Despite the rapid movement of everything around you, including all your thoughts and emotions, there is a place in you that does not move, that is always still, quiet and changeless. If this part did not exist within you, you would not be able to observe any change. It is only from the viewpoint of changelessness that you can observe...
